• Bedroom with a Continental double bed from Viking Beds, French patio doors towards the park with a small patio, desk, TV, and two chairs.

Second Floor

• Two double rooms and one single room, one of the double rooms has an en-suite toilet and a balcony; the rooms feature comfortable Continental beds from Viking Beds.
• Toilet, shower, and laundry room with bathtub, Siemens washing machine, and dryer.

Fiber connection throughout the house. Two parking spaces at the entrance and parking options on the street outside the residence. Two furnished patios, one facing east with morning sun and one facing west with evening sun and a grill. Garden maintenance and snow removal are included in the rent. PS!
